Groups of up to 8 people should make an online booking for either shared or private rooms

Groups of 9-32 people can make an immediate, confirmed online group booking in private rooms (up to 20 people in Shelter Jordan). You will pay 10% of the bill now and the balance will be charged to your credit card 4 weeks before arrival.

Groups larger than 32 people, or those with special requests should fill in the request form for a personalised quote from the Group Reservation Manager. You will have one week to confirm or cancel this booking and a further week to make the first payment of 25%. The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.

We do not make group reservations for arrival in the months July and August.

Group discounts available:

Full-payment discount: 3% off the bed and breakfast cost of every night when your first payment is due more than 8 weeks before arrival and you choose to pay the total bill instead. This discount does not apply to online bookings.

Please note that for some group bookings there may be a supplement charge applied.
