Shelter Jordan and Shelter City are well equipped to accommodate groups of up to 120 people. Each hostel is located in the centre of Amsterdam and offers clean and comfortable accommodation for a budget price.

Groups of up to 8 people should make an online booking for either shared or private rooms
Groups of 9-32 people can make an immediate, confirmed online group booking in private rooms (up to 20 people in Shelter Jordan). You will pay 10% of the bill now and the blance will be charged to your credit card 4 weeks before arrival.
Groups larger than 32 people, or those who qualify for the discounts below, or with special requests should fill in the request form for a personalised quote from the Group Reservation Manager. You will have one week to confirm or cancel this booking and a further week to make the first payment of 25%. The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.
Group discounts available:
Week-night discount: 5%, 10% or 15% off the bed and breakfast cost of every night when your booking includes 3, 4 or 5 week-nights (Sunday to Thursday). Week-nights in July, August, or when the high-season rates are applied because of public holidays do not count towards the discount.
Full-payment discount: 5% off the bed and breakfast cost of every night when your first payment is due more than 8 weeks before arrival and you choose to pay the total bill instead.
Returning-group discount: 5% off the bed and breakfast cost of every night if your group has stayed at either Shelter hostel in the previous year, or you've been recommended by another group who has.
All these discounts can be applied to the same booking, up to a maximum discount of 20% off the bed and breakfast cost. The discounts described above do not apply to online bookings. Please note that for some group bookings there may be a supplement charge applied.
